Although, one dimension may seem more at balance compared to others at different times, it is important to maintain harmony in all. Each dimension can affect and influence the other and the neglect of any one dimension for any length of time can have an adverse effect one's overall well-being.

Spiritual Wellness

Spiritual Wellness can mean many different things to different people in different ways. Your “spirit” usually refers to your inner self, the part of you that enables you to make meaning of your world, the events in your life, and the purpose you fulfill. Social Wellness

Social Wellness is the ability to relate to and connect with other people in our world.
